February 2008

This month is going so well. I have been going on some amazing auditions and getting lots of callbacks. I'm in the final mix for 3 things so keep your fingers crossed for me !!!Chinese New Year was last week and its now The year of the Rat !!! My year !!!! I'm a Rat .... just in chinese astrology !!! LOL !! The strike is over and after 3 months of famine for auditions its a literal Feast !!! I'm so excited about the possibilities !!! I still get excited for every audition and feel so grateful for each and every one. I have the best team of agents and coaches and parents and feel like nows my time !!!

January 2008

2008 is here and its gonna be great !!! New years Eve was such a blast !!! I spent it in Hawaii with all my family. New Years in Hawaii is super fun because everyone pops fireworks at their house ( its legal) to scare the negativity and bad spirits away. Its an Asian tradition that I love !!! I was so blessed to stay in Hawaii till the 10th !!! Did pick ups for the Bony macaroni Pilot on the 14th and sang on the Dst Holiday Heart cd on the 21st. It was lots of fun singing Jerry's original songs and being with old friends. My Hawaii family came to visit for the Super Bowl and I got caught up in all the football fun. The year just seems so fresh and full of promise.

Last bit of news for 2007 ( I think )

Well I just found out two exciting bits of news !!! I booked a Us Airways Voice Over Job, that works tommorrow !!! And The episode I did for" the Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job !"aired last night. ( 12/10) . Oh my charity party was a success !! Thanks to my amazing friends we have made a needy families xmas bright !! We gathered a truckload of gifts for the family we adopted and I am so excited to deliver them tommorrow afterschool. So Mele Kalikimaka ( merry xmas in hawaiian), Happy Hannukah and Kwanza. Wishing you a peaceful and proserous New Year.

October 2007
This has been a fun and exciting month !!! I perfomed "Lets Go Crazy " in Las Vegas at an event for Teen Trend Magazine with Ryan Malgorini ( How to Eat Fried Worms,Freaky Friday) and Sophie Oda ( Suite Life with Zach and Cody). I also performed for them at Their Spring show in Phoenix so It was nice to be asked back !!!I filmed 5 scenes in the Independent Feature film The Tsunami Beach Club. I also worked for the super cool Weavers girls again for market week. I LOVE LOVE working with them. I modeled several of their collections for the buyers and Helped to sell lots of clothes. As a bonus they let me go into their showroom and pick lots of cool clothes. 36 outfits to be exact !!!I also did a radio interview with Mariah Wilson at Kwav, a radio station that promotes independent kid singers

November 2007
This month I booked a print job for Dillards and booked the lead in a new animated pilot called Bony Macaroni. I play Bony and it was the funnest job I did in a long time.I also went skiing in Colorado for Thanksgiving and made my famous organic banana creme pie again !! Oh I almost forgot I also turned 11. 11 is my favorite number so I know this is gonna be my year !!!! I decided not to have a b-day party because I want to throw a charity party next month !!! It will be a holiday party where I ask my friends to bring gifts for the less fortunate. We will have fun and help others while we do it !!!

December 2007
I wrote and recorded a new song with the producer ( and My teacher)Sevon. I wrote it and recorded it with him in 1 day !!! Its about a bad day that I refuse to be sad about !!! This song is different than any song I have ever done and I am the most proud of it. This weekend I am filming the music video for "Lets Go Crazy" and having my charity party.Next weekend I am going to Hawaii for Xmas and New Years. It will be 3 weeks of lazy days and no school. I can't wait for 2008!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

September 2007

Oh I almost forgot I filmed a really cool short in July in La with my good friend Mauritzio Farhad. He is as good a director and a cinematographer as he is an actor !!!! This has been a super busy month for me. I started the month going to the School Of Pop camp and performing at BB Kings on Labor day.Then the following week I booked and filmed an episode of The Tim and Eric Awesome Show. It will air in November and I am in a super funny sketch !!! Everyone on the set was so nice, the food was good and the kids I worked with were super cool. I also booked a supporting role in a feature film called The Tsunami Beach Club. I am filming that In La in October. I am really excited. Well I will keep you posted as things come up.

August 2007

Came back from my Travels to an empty sad house. But school started so at least I have my friends. Left BTG to follow my agent to his new agency. I am excited for the new beginning and with him I know I will go far. I am planning my music videos and will film them soon.

July 2007

Spent the beginning of the month in California then flew to Japan. It was wonderful there. I filmed an episode Of Telana Travels there and had a fun girls trip with my BFF's and our moms. I visited Tokyo ( I love Shibuya), Kyoto( went to the biggest festival in Gion), Osaka( tripped out at the castle),Kobe ( Ever heard of Kobe beef ?? The best steak in the world). It was a learning, exploring girls rule trip !!!On the way back to Az I got to spend a few weeks visiting family in Hawaii. I also filmed another episode of Telana Travels- the Hawaii edition !!! Hawaii was the best !! I spent lots of lazy days body surfing at the beach. My faves are sans Souci in waikiki and Sunset Beach on the North Shore. My other dog Puppy Boy died while I was away. My dogs were the best, sweetest most well groomed dogs you have ever met. We tried to give them the best and in the end the expensive dog food killed them. Remember the dog food recall in February ?? Well my dogs are a casualty of that. I'm not mad just sad. When our family gets over it We will get a new dog.

June 2007

This was a very interesting month. I spent the month in California and attended The school of pop. I learned so much and got to perform my song "lets Go Crazy" at B.B. Kings at CIty Walk in Universal Studio's. It was amazing performing there. My dog Henny also died this month. My heart hurt so bad. I know its nutty but I talked alot to my dog. And I am gonna miss her soooooooooooo much.

May 2007

Filmed the pilot for The Fo Fo Figgily show plus a second episode. If The show gets picked up I will be a series regular. It was a blast and my first time acting with other kids. I spent the rest of the month finishing up the school year and spending time with my friends.

April 2007

This has been a Crazy month and I'm only half way thru. I performed my new song "Lets Go Crazy" at the Teen Trend Magazine/Not My Kid Charity event on The 1st. I did a print Job for the Weavers Girls on The 4th then Flew to Jamaica that night and hung out with my family for Easter and filmed a new and exciting show. Then Flew back to La on the 10th, did Showroom modeling on the 11th and 12th for Market week and booked a pilot on the 13th !!!!I am so excited!!!

I feel so blessed !!! I have been going on LOTS of great auditions, Thanks to MJ !!! I booked two shorts and two more print jobs and recorded two more songs !!!!

2007

January 2007 - Bring Back Blue commercial is airing in heavy rotation !!! Shot with Weavers Girl and Cute Chic Couture for summer 2007. Gi Jesus premiered at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood and is playing in select Theatres in California.

February 2007 - I am so Excited !!! I am now with Buchwald Talent Group !!!!!!! They have been my dream agency since I started acting !!!!!Everything is coming together !!!

October 2006 - Shot with David Carlson for Weavers Girl Spring 2007 line and Did showroom modeling for them at market week.

November 2006 - Went to London to see Idina Menzel in Wicked and Ashlee Simpson in Chicago. Both shows were amazing !!! Then spent Thanksgiving Skiing in Breckenridge, Colorado.

December 2006 - Booked and shot commercial for Maricopa County's anti pollution campaign "Bring Back Blue". Spent Christmas and New Years in Honolulu, Hawaii!
